Whatever Creel was expecting when she was invited the island of the dragons, where, after having been exiled by a fearful king, they lived in relative comfort and peace, it wasn't another all-out dragon war. Eager to see Shardas, the king of dragons, and his queen Velika, again, they are picked up by a dragon they know very well, and are carried to the island. Everything seems peaceful at first, but that is shattered when Velika and her eggs are captured by a tribe of dragons from another continent. Can Creel keep the dragons from taking unnecessary risks and figure out how to save the queen, or will Shardas' hot head get the best of him again. Will the third dragon war spell the end of the dragon's queen?
